Kleinke Park
Kleinke Park is a 27 acres park located on M-35 along the Bay of Green Bay. This park offers over a quarter mile of sandy beach along the Bay for plenty of space to relax and enjoy the picturesque views. Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities at the park. The County owns a boat launch (Stoney Point) that is 10 miles south of the park for motorized boats to access the Bay. The park also offers a pavilion that is available for rent for larger gatherings and a playground for the Children to play on. Conveniently located along a main corridor, this is a popular park for visitors to the Upper Peninsula.
The campground offers 30 electric campsites that all have 20/30/50 AMP service, with 13 campsites located right on the shore of Green Bay - you can't get any closer without getting wet! The park has a heated shower building with flush toilets, a vault toilet centrally located in the park, and a camper sanitation station.
